Three-Time Olympian and Top Ranked Triathlete Hunter Kemper Endorses Spira Footwear

Hunter Kemper, a 3-time Olympian, a 6-time National Champion, a Lifetime Fitness Triathlon Champion and the 2005 United States Olympic Committee "Sportsman of the Year" endorses Spira as his shoe of choice.

Since turning pro, Hunter has set many "firsts" for American triathletes including winning America's First triathlon gold medal at the Latin American Games in 2003 and becoming the first U.S. male to finish the season #1 in the ITU World Cup rankings in 2005. In 2006, Hunter won the Lifetime Fitness "Battle of the Sexes" Triathlon, the sports largest purse at the time.

Hunter's name was added to another elite list of legendary athletes when he was featured on the Wheaties® box in 2007 for his personal and professional accomplishments. Hunter is the first triathlete to appear on the box. After suffering from a nagging back injury in 2007 as a result of years of competition, Hunter retooled his training and captured wins at ITU points races in Colorado and San Francisco. The following summer he finished as the top male American at both the Hy-Vee Triathlon as well as in Beijing at the most prestigious international competition of them all.
